Review on a Team Workshop Led by Olivier Goetgeluck

It is a time, it is a slot, a space to grow as an individual and as a team. It is an environment where you can encourage learning, re-thinking and re-learning. You learn to experience your team members in a different way, in a setting which you cannot implement in everyday business life. For me and my team it was a very special event. It opened our eyes. You learn how to become more present when you find yourself in stressful situations. The workshop challenges everyone, but everyone differently.There were a couple of games we couldn’t understand immediately - probably till today. Everyone out of my team took something out of it. Tiny little pieces which they try to implement in their everyday life, in their personal life or in their business life.
