Lie down on your Back
Rest, Breath, Be.
Observe the Breath.
Let it Be.
Short. Long. Deep. Shallow.
Check in.
Into your Body.
Sense it. Feel it. See it.
What do you feel?
Yes.
Your body wants to move.
Be Curious.
Let your body speak for itself.
Shake. Twist. Turn. Stretch
Scream, Shout, Breath.
Let it out.
Remember who you are.
Remember what wants to be.
Trust. Trust yourself. Again.
Let it happen. The dance.
The soul plays with the body.
They getting to know each other.
Love each other. Hate each other.
Forget everything.
Be a spectator of your own performance.
Trust in letting go.
You will be surprised.
Then rest. Clam down.
See it.
The girl in the cornfield.
Let the Dream fade away.
Wake up.
Return into your shell.
Open your Eyes.
Welcome to the world.
Exhausted from the fight.
Be newborn.
